Powercrete Liquid Epoxy Coatings - Product Line

POWERCRETE® is available in several different colors and product formulas. Below is a list of the Powercrete® epoxy coatings that are currently available and the applications for which they are generally used.

Powercrete DD

Powercrete DD is a 100% solids epoxy polymer concrete for directional drills and thrust bore applications. Compatible with FBE coated pipelines.

Powercrete J

Powercrete J is a 100% solids epoxy designed as a primary corrosion coating to bare steel and is compatible with FBE coated pipe. Compatible with most line coatings.

Powercrete PW

Powercrete PW is a 100% solids liquid epoxy polymer concrete designed for the ID of pipelines and tanks. Offers maximum corrosion protection and has high adhesion to bare steel.

Powercrete R-60

Powercrete R-60 is a 100% solids liquid epoxy designed as a primary corrosion prevention coating on bare steel and over FBE and coal tar, (CTE), coated pipelines.

Powercrete R-95

Powercrete R-95 is a 100% solids liquid epoxy novolac designed as a primary corrosion prevention coating on bare steel and over FBE coatings. May be used for directional drill applications.

Powercrete R-150

Powercrete R-150 is a 100% solids, high build, liquid epoxy novolac designed as a primary corrosion prevention coating. R-150 has excellent chemical and heat resistance.

Powercrete R-65/F1

Powercrete R-65/F1 is a 100% solids liquid epoxy designed as a primary corrosion prevention coating on bare steel and over FBE. R65/F1 has a faster cure to allow for shorter backfill times.

Powercrete Superflow

Powercrete Superflow is a two component flow efficiency epoxy coating that reduces internal surface roughness and improves flow conditions of natural gas through steel pipelines.

Powercrete W

Powercrete W is a 100% solids liquid epoxy polymer coating designed for use as a pipe lining for sea-water and waste-water pipelines and non potable water storage tanks.
