Powercrete Superflow Liquid Epoxy Coating
Powercrete Superflow applied on the interior of a natural gas pipeline to improve flow efficiency.
Powercrete Superflow is a liquid epoxy lining that is applied to the internal surfaces of pipelines for friction reduction and improved flow of gas during transmission. Powercrete Superflow, flow efficiency epoxy coating (FEC), is formulated to increase smoothness of an internal pipe surface and thereby improve flow conditions during transportation of natural gas through steel pipes. Additionally, this coating provides corrosion protection to the internal surface of the pipes during intermediate storage & transportation to site. Powercrete Superflow also reduces the cost of cleaning the pipeline after hydrostatic testing and withstands pigging and hydrostatic operations.
